On July 2nd, 2022 Barber was replaced by Casey O'Neill in the UFC 276 fight and took on Jessica Eye. Barber was victorious in this fight with an unanimous vote. This was her final fight with UFC. Then, later in the year she re-signed. Barber beat Andrea Lee via a unanimous decision on March 25 2023 in UFC Fight Night Vera Vs. Sandhagen.
